My name is Rauli.  After hearing about Xogens 'revolutionary' breakthru in hydrogen and oxygen generation I decided to try and replicate the (now probably bullshit) claims by Stephen Chambers.  Basically he reckons you can disassociate water by pulsing a square wave of 12 to 110volts into closely spaced electrodes immersed in plain tap water.  My hours of fiddling with all possible aspects to get that mass production of hydrogen and oxygen resulted in - NOTHING.  Either I missed something or the patent is incomplete.  This exercise cost me about AUS$100, hours of frustration and in general was the biggest waste of time ever in my life so the lesson here is don't bother with this crap its not worth anything.  The trickle of bubbles of hydrogen and oxygen I observed were only because the 20ma to 750ma at 6 to 12volts going thru the water and the brown discolouration from the anode oxidizing despite it being stainless steel all these characteristics are of regular electrolysis something discovered over a hundred years ago if I remember correctly.  I got my stainless steel pipe from my local Bunnings hardware megastore and all the electronics from Jaycar Electronics.  I used plain tap water and then water with table salt. Batteries, waveform generator, amplifier and stainless steel pipes.

Batteries.  Standard dry cell, not alkaline.

40 Watt amplifier. 6 to16 volt input. Used diode to block other polarity of output going into the pipes. Peak voltage 6v.

Waveform generator.  Square (5v peak) and triangle (1v peak) AC output. 100hz to 20khz.

My hypothetical ~100% efficient electrolysis.  This concept uses capacitors to divide the 12 volts across many nodes and then allowing stored current to drain thru an electrolysis cell at each node.  The depicted battery is a common lead acid battery.  Now lets say the voltage is exactly 12volts and not 12.3 electrolysis will still occur but the extra energy will be obtained by the endothermic reaction typical of low voltage electrolysis.  Not overunity but still very efficient. I must note however I am not denying the existance of overunity my hopes are in the homopolar generator, Motionless Electromagnetic Generator (Tom Bearden) and Stan Meyers claims of water disassociation by pulsed electric field stressing.  Regarding the homopolar generator I have witnessed operation of a self-sustaining homopolar generator using neodyium magnets and supplying surplus mains type power to house hold appliances.  I have ordered ring NIB magnets to test my prototype of the HPG and see if it really has back torque as typical of conventional coil induction generators.  I will report on that on my website within the next 4 weeks.  Then again maybe I have been fooled and my project results will be negative, at least it will be a learning experience.  Since I was a child overunity has been a life long obsession.
